Probleme mit der Magenta app

Hallo , leider kann ich die mein Magenta app nicht mehr nutzen da folgende Fehlermeldung nach Anmeldung erscheint. Es ist egal ob auf ios oder Android . Habe die app auch schon mehrmals neu installiert. 

 

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen
