Warum wurde mir beim Vertragsabschluss einer Family Card L mit Smartphone in einem Telekomshop mitgeteilt, das ich meine Nummer nicht von Congstar mitnehmen kann?

Ich lese hier in der Community, das es möglich ist.

Ich würde das gerne klären bevor ich meinen Hauptvertrag verlängere.
