Schlechte Internet

Mein Internet ist seit einer Woche schrecklich, es ist nicht möglich, eine Show zu streamen. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, wann dieser schlechte Service behoben wird. Tut mir leid, meine Deutsch ist nicht so gut.

Excellent - since several users here and employees of the Telekom staff also are are "speaking" and writing"
English.
First of all, it's necessary to descreibe your problem exactly.
You only wrote that you have problems with "streaming a show" - but all necessary informations
are missing.
- type of your router and its installed firmwareversion
- whether your DSL-line was changed or not
- whether powerline components are used not
- which connection between PC and router is used
- error messages shown in router's logfile

No problem at all - it was an excellent possibility for me to "check" my knowledge
of the English language which can onliy maintained by using again and again...😄
Perhaps you like to change your connection to fibre only or to pure copper - then you
are welcome to get further advice...
I myself changed twice my dsl-speed within 3 years - in this way, I got "a litte" experience
concerning technical details, routers etc....
First of all, enjoy your connection runnning stable...😉

Herr Klaus S. was just here and did some trouble shooting. The hardware was very slow, but by resetting all settings to factory default it seems to have fixed the speed issues. He did notice LTE speed is very slow (2.xx mb/s) even with 3 out of 4 bars on the signal. The line fault seems to be corrected and I am able to consistently get 6.3 mb/s download and maybe 3.0 mb/s upload via Wi-Fi connection. Thank you for coordinating the service call and all of your assistance. Have a wonderful weekend!
