As discussed, I have now prepared the change of your contract to a prepaid plan. Your tariff will be switched to MagentaMobil Prepaid M on July 16.
Before that, you will receive a new SIM card from us. Please let me know as soon as it arrives. Once you have received it, we can activate the SIM card for you. After activation, please replace the SIM card currently installed in your Samsung device with the new one.
If you do not change the SIM card, the current SIM in your Samsung phone will stop working from July 15 onward.
I am very pleased that I was able to help you. Now I am just waiting for your confirmation that the new SIM card has arrived, and then everything will be completed.
