Guten Tag,

ich habe gerade 2 mal erfolgreich eine Prepaid-Vertragsübernahme online durchgeführt inklusive erfolgreicher Identifikation. 

Leider erhalte ich darauf von der Telekom eine E-Mail mit Fehlermeldung, dass das E-Mail-Postfach der Telekom voll ist und mein Antrag daher nicht zugestellt werden konnte. Kein Witz!

Die Dame an der Hotline konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen, weil sie das Problem nicht verstanden hat.
