Termination of Mobile services months ago, now receiving a large bill
3 years ago
My apologies to Telekom as German is not my native language, so I tried to use Google Translate. It didn't allow the HTML coded text from Google translate to paste into here.
Hello Telkom,
I went into the Telekom store in Weiden id Opf. and formally canceled all of my accounts with you in writing back in June 2022. I have the original letters that the Telekom personnel typed up and sent to the corporate office on my behalf. My accounts were all supposed to be terminated as of July 15, 2022 and I am on military orders that sent me back to the United States. There should have been no additional fees for anything after the termination date due to the military move. I recently received a bill for over 1,000 euros that should not have been billed.
Please remove this charge and make sure all of my accounts are closed and will not be renewed at all.
Thank you,
Raymond Polasky

even if there was an error on Telekom side, it seams to be impossible to have a bill over 1000€.
Can you post the bill with all person details unreadable as screenshot in order to see what was billed and for what

Thank you for your message, @Raymond Polasky .
I just checked and it came up with an invoice of 0 euros.
It's all good, the accounts are closed.
You do not have to worry.

Hi Raymond,
are you still in Germany and can go back to the store? This might be the easiest solution. If you are back in the US already you should follow the suggestion @Stefan made.
Best wishes,
Coole Katze

Hello Telekom Team,
Sorry to say this, but I am having the worse experience as a Telekom Customer. this all started last December when a Telekom sales representative visited my house with an offer of converting my existing DSL connection from another provider to Telekom Fiber to home connection without any extra pay, this guy manage to convince me for the conversion & finally I agreed to it & gave my consignment to him on the site note that anything needs to be process in February 2023 , as i will be out of country till end of January , when i returned back, I saw this bunch of Telekom letter some of them carrying Sim cards inside, eventually i understood that this fraud person allotted 3 Mobile contract without my consent , as he knew that i wont be able to cancel them by 14 days policy because of the out of country status, since then (February ) i have been trying to cancel this unwanted mobile contracts which i have no purpose & never wanted , but end up getting no response from a Organization like Telekom & end up paying 80 Euro every month without even activating those SIm cards.
Which makes me ask Telekom through this Community " Is this how Telekom doing Fraud business now a days to earn money from those who are trapped somehow unknowingly by sales representatives visiting innocent people at their home with Telekom ID card & later on Telekom even ignores to identify the person"
I would highly like to have an answer on this, before I take it up with legal adviser.
Thanks in advance
Regards

Thank you for your time, @Subhayon
My colleague told me that you spoke to each other and that a goodwill solution was found together. The current and the coming invoice do not have to be paid and the contracts have been terminated immediately. We can only apologize for the poor service experience. Only the best for you and your family in the future!
Kind regards
