then you didn't order a porting.
You need to click the button when ordering, as explained above.
Did your contract with Lyca already end?
If you want to port your number, you will have to order again.

The first one when your contract has already been terminated and when you know the date it is ending on.
The second one if you haven't ended your contract with Lyca and have only set the opt in.

i asked lyca and they told the port will be completed bz 06.12.2024 so i can select the second option and put opt in date as 10.12.2024 for safe side?

Once we have a confirmed porting date, you will receive an SMS from us, and likely also from Lyca as a confirmation!
