Hallo,

ich bin heute Morgen von meinem Vertrag auf Prepaid umgestellt worden.
Ich habe dann nach Erhalt einer SMS der Telekom in der MagentaApp die automatische Aufladung bei Fälligkeit über Paypal aktiviert und eine entsprechende Bestätigung der Telekom um 7 Uhr erhalten.
Leider kann ich aktuell weder Internet noch Telefon nutzen (Hinweis: ich soll Guthaben aufladen).
Bitte nehmen Sie Kontakt mit mir auf. Am besten per SMS, da telefonieren nicht geht.
