Viedeo ident mit nect erfolgreich, aber kein Hinweis auf Freischaltung,

Hallo, ich wollte mich für magenta prepaid identifizieren, das klappte, es kam aber kein Hinweis auf weiteres Prozedere. Hänge nun seit 45 Minuten in der online Identifikation auf Platz 13, am 9.9.22 seit 19 Uhr, warum geht das nicht weiter, Mobilfunk Verbindung ist stabil

      Danke ak123  für deine Unterstützung,  habe es heutevormittag ganz früh nochmal mit persönlichem Video Ident probiert  - es klappte ...!

      Damit ist das Problem gelöst .
