Visual Voicemail auf iPhone 11 Pro funktioniert seit einer Woche nicht mehr

Seit ca. 1 Woche funktioniert Visual Voicemail nicht mehr. Davor seit 2014 problemlos. Ich habe neulich meinen Vertrag (Tarif) geändert. Vielleicht liegt es daran?
