Ich nutze als Zweitkarte Family Card Start und möchte damit in den Magenta Mobil Prepaid 5G Jahrestarif wechseln. Kann ich den Tarifwechsel hier durchführen lassen? Für das nötige Guthaben auf der Prepaidkarte habe ich gesorgt.

      wunderbar, dass es heute Abend mit dem Rückruf geklappt hat.
      Die Umstellung ist nun erfolgt und der neue Tarif kann sofort genutzt werden.
