I ordered online a SIM of prepaid 156 GB yearly costing 99.95 €. But I received a SIM of package 96 GB yearly costing the same. What do I do now?

What do I do now?
I ordered online a SIM of prepaid 156 GB yearly costing 99.95 €. But I received a SIM of package 96 GB yearly costing the same. What do I do now?
It's not the wrong card.
Telekom used the old packaging.
There were also 4GB and 8GB packagings sent for lower prepaid contracts to the customers when they expect 13+17 or 36GB for M (action).
Insert and activate the SIM.
Once done check the available volume in your personal CustomCenter.
There you should see 156GB as expected.
If not a Teamie will help you by calling you back, if your CustomerProfile is fully equipped with your phone number and a availability time.

I'm sorry to read that you received one of the old packages for your new Prepaid plan.
Please put in your data to your profile, so I can take a closer look at your tariff, as @MPM30GB already wrote.

After the SIM activation and porting to Telekom was completed, I checked my package on the app. It is correct now.
