XPlora 6play kann nicht angerufen werden

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe gerade die Xplora 6play meiner Tochter eingerichtet. Das Installieren des eSim Profils hat einwandfrei geklappt. Leider kann ich die Nummer nicht anrufen und ich kann auch keine Nachricht auf die Uhr schicken. Von der Uhr kann ich auch nicht anrufen.
