ZTE HyperBox 5G - MC801A -> Guter Download aber sehr schlechter Upload

Hallo,
Ich habe seit einer Woche den ZTE HyperBox 5G - MC801A mit dem unbegrenzten Volumen im Vertrag. Mein Download ist gut mit bis zu 250MBit. Der Upload ist allerdings eine Katastrophe mit 0,2 MBit. Ein Arbeiten in Videokonferenzen ist damit nicht möglich.
 
Any ideas?

      Hey @tscheele leider habe ich nur die Mailbox erwischt. Wann passt es zeitlich zwecks Rückruf? Denn nur so kann das Anliegen weiter bearbeitet werden. Liebe Grüße Cosa M.
