Home Base 2 blinkt "langsam" rot

Guten Abend,

ich habe eine neue Home Base 2 (als Wechsel von Home Base 1, die tadellos lief).

Zur Inbetriebnahme der HB2 startet sie mit weißer LED, wechselt dann ordnungsgemäß nach grün und sollte dann im Status "Firmware download" sein. Sie wechselt aber stattdessen auf die rote LED, die "langsam" blinkt => kein Firmware update, keine Verbindung über App oder MyQivicon möglich.

Die HB ist bereits getauscht worden. Gleiches Verhalten.

Ich habe einen Speedport SMART 3. Die Smarthome-Funktion ist aktiviert.

Ich habe die HB 2 sowohl über LAN als auch über WLAN versucht, in Betrieb zu nehmen. Mehrfacher Reset, 15 Minuten vom Strom etc. hat nichts gebracht. Gleiches habe ich mit dem Router gemacht.

    danke noch mal für die guten Gespräche vorhin Fröhlich

     

    Inzwischen hatte ich herausgefunden, dass die Firmware der Home Base 2 zu alt war und nicht mehr mit den Qivicon Servern kommunizieren konnte. Nach einem manuellen Firmwareupdate per USB-Stick hat es nun doch geklappt und die neue Home Base 2 konnte registriert werden.
