Über Mein Qivicon bzw. die über die IP-Adresse zu erreichende Bedienoberfläche der HomeBase können Geräte angemeldet und gelöscht werden. Die gesamte Steurung der Geräte erfolgt über die SmartHome App. Die App gibt es nur für Android und iOS und z. B. nicht für macOS oder Windows.
