Chat einfach beendet ohne Vertragsabschluss nur weil ich viel Fragen hatte. Super

Ich hatte versucht eine günstigen Prepaid Vertrag für mein Handy per Chat zu finden. Ich war mich mit dem Mitarbeiter fast einig und hatte noch Fragen. Dann war auf einmal der Chat beendet (Meldung) und nie wieder was gehört.
