Ich habe durch eine Schufa Auskunft erfahren, dass seit 2014 eine offene Forderung besteht- worüber wird nicht mitgeteilt.

Ich habe allerdings nie eine Mahnung erhalten oder Post von einem Inkasso Büro. Wie ist das weitere Vorgehen?
