The opt-in flag is only required if you are willing to pay for two contracts in parallel for a certain time span. Opt-in means you want to port the number BEFORE the contract is terminated.If this is what you want - there is no 'opt-in letter' form. Do call the hotline and ask for the opt-in. Do write a message asking for the opt-in. Do fill your forum profile with customer number (Kundennummer) and phone number - you may use the link you will find in my footer.
