Telefonleitung hängt gefährlich niedrig

Hallo zusammen,
ich weiß leider nicht an wen man sich wenden muss. Folgendes Problem:
Seit einiger Zeit hängt diese Telefonkabel sehr durch und ist nur notdürftig befestigt. Wäre super, wenn hierzu ein Ticket eröffnet werden würde. Vielen Dank!
