How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Nach Tausch  MR  und Festplatte nach Anleitung sind alle Aufnahmen unter nicht verfügbar gespeichert. Man kann sie lediglich löschen aber nicht abspielen.  MR  wurde getauscht- gleicher Fehler. Unwissenheit an der Hotline-Problem wird nicht erkannt. Was ist zu tun?
