Benutzer Pin wird abgelehnt

Hallo zusammen,

seit Freitag habe ich Magenta Tv über Magenta One 2. Generation eingerichtet.

Leider wird die Benutzer Pin abgelehnt, obwohl es die richtige ist.

Ich habe im Telekom Portal die PIN geändert und trotzdem funktioniert es nicht.

Was mache ich falsch.?

Ich bitte um Hilfe, es nervt wirklich.
