Die Netflix App startet nicht mehr

Bei meinem Receiver für Magenta TV (401) startet die Netflix App nicht mehr. Alle anderen Apps (Prime, Disney etc.) starten einwandfrei. Woran kann das liegen?

      @Johanne.toetter hast du den MR schon neu gestartet oder die Software neu geladen?
