Disney + nicht auf Magenta Box abrufbar

Hallo, ich habe Disney Plus über meinen telekom Login gebucht (Festnetz), leider wird mir auf meiner Magenta Box immer angezeigt das ich es noch nicht gebucht habe. Folgendes habe ich schon versucht: senderplatzwechsel,  Aktivierung über Login Festnetz. Nichts funktioniert.  Wäre super wenn ich wenigstens die paar Sachen über den resiever gucken könnte.  Danke für Hilfe.  LG Jovana

      Ja stimmt Disney + select. Ja ist ales aktiv.

      Über PC geht es auch, wüsste nicht was ich sonst noch anklicken kann.
