Fehlendes Update MR401 September 2021

Hallo zusammen,

 

seit geraumer Zeit lässt sich die Prime Video App auf dem MR401 nicht mehr starten; Schwarzer Bildschirm und der TV meldet "Ungültiges Format"

Angeblich soll das aktuelle September 2021 Update diesen Fehler beheben. Dieses lässt sich aber nicht installieren, ich habe bereits 3mal eine manuelle Softwareaktualisierung angestoßen, es wird aber lediglich die Version aus Juli 2021  neu installiert... Was kann ich tun um an die aktuelle Version zu kommen um endlich wieder Prime Video nutzen zu können?

    Software-Updates können schon eine Weile lang nicht mehr erzwungen werden, die werden in Etappen ausgerollt, das kann auch schon mal eine Woche und mehr bedeuten.

    Wieso Danke für die Info. Man bezahlt für den Mist und muss warten. Wenn es ginge, müsste man einen "Daumen nach unten" geben .

    Nur gut, dass es nicht geht, denn es würde den falschen treffen.

    Mmh, ich habe neben der TV-Box an einem Zweitfernseher auch einen MR 401 hängen. Beide Geräte verfügen ,,nur,, über die Software vom Juli 21. Trotzdem kann ich Amazon Prime ohne Probleme aufrufen.

    Bist sicher, dass es an der Software liegt ?
