Hallo, bei meinem neuen Media Receiver (der alte war kaputt) taucht nun folgende Meldung bei RTL+ auf:

„Information - 2002 File is not found or network error while trying to load the file“

wer hat dasselbe Problem? Alles andere funktioniert. Die Meldung taucht erst auf, nachdem Werbung etc. gelaufen sind und der Film starten sollte. Telekom ist auch ratlos.
