Freischaltung nach Umstellung der Empfangsart Satellit auf IPTV bei Sky

Ich habe am 31.03.2019 die Empfangsart bei Sky von Satellit auf IPTV angefragt und am 31.03.19 um 19.13 Uhr auch eine Bestätigungsmail von Sky erhalten. Bis jetzt ist aber immer noch kein Empfang möglich. Kann mir jemand helfen?
