Guten Tag,

wir haben den Tarif Magenta TV Smart Regio und jetzt einen neuen Fernseher (Samsung GQ50QN92DATXZG). Leider bekommen wir auf dem Fernseher keine HD-Bildqualität.

Woran könnte dies liegen?
