Magenta Sport funktioniert nicht

Ich habe die 12 Monate kostenlos Magenta Sport Version gebucht, und mir ein Log In Konto erstellt. Wenn ich allerdings auf einen Stream tippe, um ihn mir anzuschauen, steht dort ich müsste erst ein Abo buchen. Versuche ich dann das Abo zu buchen, wird mir angezeigt ich habe das Abo bereits gekauft. Ich weiß nicht was ich falsch mache
