Magenta TV App erkennt Abo nicht

Ich habe die Magenta TV App auf meinem iPhone installiert und habe mich eingeloggt. Leider erkennt die App nicht, dass ich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe und ich kann keine Videos bzw. TV Inhalte abspielen.
