Hallo,

ich habe zu unserem MagentaZuhause L als Zubuchoption Magenta TV Flex 2.0 bestellt.

Auftragsbestätigung kam mit Aktivierungsdatum 06.06.

Egal ob in der App oder im Browser. Es kommt immer: Buchung erforderlich - m MagentaTV voll nutzen zu können, müssen Sie einen MagentaTV Tarif buchen.

Ich benutze den selben Login wie für das Kundencenter.

Was kann das Problem sein?
