Hallo zusammen,

ich würde gerne aus meinen aktuellen Vertrag MagentaTV Flex in den Tarif MagentaTV Smart (24 Monate) wechseln.

Leider wird mir in meinem Konto aber nur ein Tarifwechsel in MagentaTV Smart Flex Tarif angeboten.

Daher wollte ich fragen, wie ich am besten einen reibungslosen Tarifwechsel inkl. Mitnahme meiner Option TV Paket Doku hinbekomme?

Soll ich erst mal in den MagentaTV Smart Flex wechseln und aus diesen dann in den gewünschten MagentaTV Smart (24 Monate)?

Ich hoffe Ihr habt einen Tipp für mich.
