Are both your internet connection and the Telekom server free of interference? Then the device on which you want to receive MagentaTV restarts again. When you restart, the connection will be re-established and your account will be registered again. Many problems can be solved in this way.

Anmeldung läuft ohne Probleme
Grundig 49 GUB 7062 FireTV Edition
Neue Erkenntnis: Live TV funktioniert nach Neustart des TV-Sticks. Aber dieser Neustart muss über Einstellungen/Geräte/Neustarten gesteuert werden. Mit Ruhemodus via Fernbedienung folgt das Problem aufs Neue.
