Hallo zusammen, ich nutze seit zwei Tagen das neue Magenta TV. Leider sind Bild und Ton nicht synchron. Ich nutze die Magenta TV App 2.0 auf einem Apple TV 4K und einem SamsungTV sowie eine Glasfaser Anschluss.

Gibt es Einstellmöglichkeiten oder ist das ein bekanntes Softwareproblem? Gibt es eine Lösung. So ist Fernsehen praktisch nicht möglich.
