Mediatheken öffnen sehr langsam

Hallo,

wenn ich bei Magenta2.0 Apps ( ZDF und ARD Mediathek, RTL+) öffne und eine Sendung anwähle, dauert es mehrere Minuten, bis die Sendung startet. Cache habe ich geleert, bringt aber nichts. Woran kann das liegen?

      Ich habe das Problem mittlerweile gelöst. Nachdem ich auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt und alles neu installiert habe läuft‘s wieder wie es soll.
