Ich habe am 20.9.23 MegaSport 12M Option gebucht aber nach der Eingangsbestätigung der Telekom am 20.9 erhalte ich bisher keine weiteren Informationen. Im Auftragsstatus wird mir die Buchung auch online nicht angezeigt. Ist das normal? Warum warte ich jetzt schon drei Tage bis ich das Angebot nutzen kann?
