How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Nick/MTV ohne Ton (MR401 und 201)

Hallo zusammen,

 

nachdem bei meinem MR401 und meinem MR201 seit einigen Tagen beim Umschalten auf Nick/MTV der Ton nur mit erheblicher Verzögerung begann, geht er jetzt gar nicht mehr. Was bei einem Musiksender natürlich suboptimal ist. Es wäre daher schön, wenn das schnell gefixed würde. Danke!
