How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Problem bei MEGASTREAM-Umstellung mit NETFLIX

Hallo zusammen,

ich hatte bis gestern einen MagentaTV-Tarif mit Disney+ und RTL+. Habe dann vor ein paar Tagen die Umstellung auf Megastream beantragt. Das wurde gestern geschaltet. Jetzt habe ich Netflix im Tarif und Disney+und RTL+ als Zubuchoption. So, wie ich das verstehe hätte ich eine EMail bekommen sollen zur NETFLIX-Aktivierung. Die habe ich aber nicht bekommen. Was kann ich tun? Weiß jemand weiter?

      Bei Netflix dauert es bis zu 48h bis die Mail ankommt
