How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Ich habe seit mehreren Wochen das Problem, dass sich die RTL+ App auf meinem magenta tv stick nicht mehr öffnen lässt.
Wenn ich drauf klicke, wird der Bildschirm kurz schwarz und dann springt man direkt wieder in den startsbidschirm.

Ich habe noch einen anderen magenta tv stick und einen magenta tv one, dort funktioniert es ohne Probleme.

Hat jemand schon die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht und kann helfen?
