How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Ich habe das Problem, dass bei RTL UHD der Ton ca. 1-2 Sekunden verzögert ist.

MR401B ACN

Bei RTL HD läuft alles synchron.

Hat das derzeit noch jemand? Die alten Fehlermeldungen hier im Forum sind inzwischen über ein Jahr alt.

so macht UHD auf jeden Fall keine Lust, wenn es schon mal ein Angebot gibt…
