Sky bei Entertain nicht freigeschaltet

Guten Tag,

gestern wurde bei mir ein Produktwechsel auf Enterain TV-Plus incl. Sky durchgeführt. Entertain funktioniert auch bis auf die Sky-Sender.

Können Sie bitte prüfen, ob die Freischaltung korrekt durchgeführt wurde?
