Sky mit MagentaTV Plus

Hallo zusammen. Unser Anschluss wurde heute auf MagentaZuhause L mit MagentaTV Plus umgestellt.

Inzwischen funktioniert der Anschluss, aber Sky, für das am alten Anschluss ein laufendes Abo bestand, natürlich noch nicht.

An wen wende ich mich diesbezüglich?
