TV Now Anmeldung funktioniert nicht

Hallo zusammen,

 

leider kann ich mich über TV Now Premium nicht anmelden. Ich hatte zuvor TV Now seperat und jetzt über Magenta zugebucht 

 

Weder der alte Log in über die Schaltfläche Hast du schon TV Now Zugangsdaten, noch der Button mit Magenta TV smart Kunde nutzen funktioniert.

 

Hat jemand eine Idee wie es funktioniert?
