Hallo ,

ich  habe den Tarif "Magenta Zuhause L mit TV Plus "  vergangenes Jahr gebucht .  Mich wundert es allerdings das immer noch die Zusatzoption  "TV Paket Big TV " vom vorherigen Vertrag mit abgebucht wird . Ich war der Meinung die TV Programme sind jetzt im TV Plus mit drin ? Was ist der Unterschied von TV Plus  und Big TV ?

      Hallo @Fessi 

       

      bei MagentaTV Plus hast du 45 Sender in HD-Qualität anstatt 20 sowie die Funktion Restart.

       

      das TV Paket BigTV beinhaltet zusätzliche PayTV Sender.
