How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Wir wollten gestern Agatha Christie's Poirot auf ONE über Entertain TV sehen. Zweikanalton wurde angekündigt.

Stattdessen kam überhaupt kein Ton.

Unter Fernbedienung OPT-- Sprache-Ton - gab es keine Auswahl.

Frage: Fehler bei der Ausstrahlung oder Übertragung oder wo kann man die entsprechenden Einstellungen noch vornehmen ?

Film wurde auf aufgezeichnet - aber auch dort ist kein Ton vorhanden.
