App für Prepaid Aufladung von Kassenbon hängt sich auf. Es lädt nun schon über eine halbe Stunde. Außerdem ist ein Abbruch nicht möglich. Also was tun?

      Bei Android:

      • Cache und Daten in der App löschen (Einstellung -- App -- Apps -- Appname)
      • App deinstallieren
      • Gerät neu starten
      • App installieren

       

      Bei iOS:

      • App deinstallieren
      • Gerät neu starten
      • App installieren
