Smart TV Samsung, Magenta TV App

Hallo, ich habe ein Samsung Smart TV und schaue über Magenta TV App Filme, Fernsehen, etc... die Aufnahmefunktion in die Cloud geht, ich kann auch am IPad die Aufnahmen anschauen, allerdings gehen die Aufnahmen nicht am Fernseher. Fehlercode 4001! Das hat leider nicht funktioniert, versuche es nochmal [9]. Woran kann das liegen?

      Hallo @Lukas.wollenweber,

      der Fehler wurde mit der letzten Dash Migration behoben.
      Die App einmal deinstallieren und neu installieren. Danach sollte es mit allen neuen Aufnahmen funktionieren.
