Is your German sufficient do go through this?
Caution, there is one specific detail you have to be aware of. If you want to move and simply transfer your current contract but Telekom cannot offer this exactly at your new address, you have to decide whether you accept a different contract or whether you want to cancel your contract with Telekom. For details regarding a possible cancellation please come back here.

I still have not received anything call regarding this issue? Could you please call me back or give a number which is easy to reach, as normal helpline it is not possible to reach, long waiting time.

With a 24 month new contract duration: you can order that online.
With the chance of moving the contract without modification: you call the hotline or you go to a Telekom shop - however be prepared that you probably need to speak German.
