Order number: ***********
I received an email yesterday confirming my order. Can you please guide me on what will happen next? In particular:
1. When can I expect to receive the Speedport Plus Pro modem?
2. My requested appointment date is 07.06.2022. The email says that Telekom will verify the request and send me a written confirmation. When can I expect to receive the confirmation? Will it be by email or post?
Pardon me if I sound hasty. I would appreciate any information you can provide regarding my order.

Welcome to the public customers help customers community.
If you only ordered yesterday, the desired date is June 7th. rather unlikely. As a rule, an order confirmation takes up to 3 weeks.It must be checked whether your tariff is switchable.
The speed port usually arrives a few days before the leap day. You will only be informed of the day of the activation with the order confirmation, which comes by e-mail. Please take out the order number.

Many thanks for your reply and for making me aware of not putting order number in the text. Thank you @Raphaela T. for hiding the order number.
Oh, I was hoping to get the connection soon as mine is a new connection and there is also a Telekom port in the wall of my living room. Also, while placing the order, it was said that I will receive the Speedport Pro Plus in 1 to 3 days. Is that not correct? I have also opted for Hybrid LTE because I read online that I can start using it soon after receiving the router.

Can you please check about the status of the router that I have ordered? My internet installation is scheduled on June 10 but I have received no communication yet about the delivery of the router.
