Umstellung CombiCard Complete Mobil S auf Family Card Basic zum Vertragsende nicht möglich?

Hi Teamies ,

die oben genannte Combi Card ist zum 26.10.18 gekündigt und ich wollte die gerade über die Hotline zum Vertragsende auf eine Familycard Basic umstellen lassen. Laut Hotline wäre das nicht möglich, man könne mir aber einen "Spezial-Tarif" anbieten.

Stimmt die Aussage?

Kann sich das bitte mal ein Teamie anschauen?
